Prefixes and Suffixes Fluency Speed Drills

Description

When students can fluently read words with prefixes and suffixes, they are on their way to decoding multisyllabic words with ease. Definitions of prefixes and suffixes are included. Use these speed drills in small guided reading groups, centers, or to send home for practice. Soon your students will be reading those BIG words!

Included are 70 speed drills (or focus boards). Students read and re-read the prefixes, suffixes or words in random order to commit them to memory. Another reader should follow along for accountability.

As I update, you will be able to download the additions for free!
